Cornwall Sports Tours provide bespoke, all-inclusive, residential sports tours for school groups and sports teams.
We are based on the Penryn Campus, home to Falmouth University as well as Exeter University’s Cornwall campus. With its modern university accommodation, excellent sports facilities, on-site catering team and convenient transport links, it is the perfect home for Cornwall Sports Tours to run our innovative summer programmes.
Together with our team of experienced, DBS-checked staff, we provide exciting sports tours that combine high-level coaching with an active excursion programme that brings out the very best in the groups that join us.
With our bespoke approach to designing your sports tour, alongside fantastic local excursions, we provide a perfect environment for groups to bond while also developing confidence and pushing skills and fitness forward.
We offer a range of brilliant excursions and activities as part of your tour package.
A typical day starts with breakfast in the dining hall on campus from 8am - 9am, followed by a guided trip to places such as the world-famous Eden Project or choose from a wide range of watersports, including the option for surfing.
Alternatively, you could choose to enjoy cycling on the Camel Trail, an introduction to fencing or an activity day with BF Adventure.
For groups who are looking for more intensive sports training, we also provide access to the university gym, 3G pitch and local grass pitches as alternative options when putting together your tour programme with us.
The Penryn Campus provides the perfect location for Cornwall Sports Tours to offer our high-quality residential tours.
It is a modern, green and beautiful campus with everything we need in one place.
The accommodation is designed in flats of 8 rooms each with a mix of single and twin rooms, all with en-suite bathrooms. The accommodation can only be accessed by electronic key fobs and the friendly university accommodation team provide 24-hour support and security ensuring a comfortable, safe and peaceful stay.
All meals are freshly prepared on site by the on-site catering team. All dietary needs can be catered for, plus there is the option to add high-performance meals.
Finally, there are the sports facilities! There is an on-site gym and Cornwall Sports Tours has special access to grass and synthetic sports pitches right next to the campus.
