OUR FEES

​Your tour price includes:

  • All the elements included on your confirmed Tour Itinerary

  • Full board accommodation on the Penryn Campus

  • All transport and entry costs during your stay with us

  • The hire of sports facilities and the organisation of all fixtures

The price does not include:

  • Transfer costs – However, we can offer transfers from anywhere in the UK on request.

  • Health & Travel insurance.

Refund Policy:

In all circumstances, the following refund policy will apply:

  • Before 31st January 2026: Full refund of any course fees paid

    1. From 1st February 2026: Loss of 20% deposit

    2. From 29th May 2026: Full course fees due. Refund available for 25% of fees paid

    3. Less than 4 weeks’ notice: No refund available

All cancellations must be made in writing, ideally by email.

KEY TERMS:

  1. All participants and group leaders must comply with the rules and codes of conduct of Cornwall Sports Tours, the host organisations we work with and the laws of the UK at all times. Any breach of these rules or UK law may result in the student and/or group leader having to leave the course immediately with no entitlement to a refund for any fees paid.

  2. All participants and group leaders are assumed to be in good health. Any pre-existing conditions must be declared at the time of booking on the booking form. Cornwall Sports Tours will not accept responsibility for any injury caused by a medical condition that was not declared on the booking form.

  3. All participants under the age of 18 must travel with a group leader who will act ‘in loco parentis’ at all times during their time with Cornwall Sports Tours.

  4. Participants over the age of 18 will be responsible for themselves and will be expected to act in accordance with the rules of the host organisations and the laws of the UK.

  5. Group leaders must be at least 25 years old.

  6. All participants must arrange their own travel and medical insurance for the duration of the course.

  7. Cornwall Sports Tours does not accept responsibility for any loss of, or damage to, any property of participants or group leaders.

  8. Cornwall Sports Tours reserves the right to change the advertised programme in the event of unexpected circumstances. We will always endeavour to provide the advertised programme. We will not be held liable in the event of circumstances beyond our control that limit our ability to provide the advertised programme.

  9. All booking contracts with Cornwall Sports Tours shall be governed by the laws of England, and any disputes relating to this contract shall be decided by the English courts.

  10. These terms and conditions shall apply from the receipt of payment until the end of the course programme. The booking of a place is regarded as acceptance of our terms and conditions.

COMPLAINTS PROCEDURE:

We sincerely hope you enjoy your tour with us.

​Our aim is to provide courses of the highest quality at all times.

If there is anything you are unhappy about connected to your tour, or our company in general, we hope you will speak to a member of staff so we can hopefully address any concerns you have.

We ask you to follow this procedure in the event that you are unhappy with something so we can address your concerns in the most professional way possible:

  1. Our overriding aim at Cornwall Sports Tours is to provide a positive and engaging atmosphere where participants can develop their confidence and sporting skills. If at any point, you feel we have not achieved this aim, we will do everything we can to put things right.

  2. In the first instance please raise your concern / complaint with a member of staff. We hope that many concerns or complaints can be resolved through a discussion where we can listen to what you have to say and then put something in place to ensure there are no further problems.

  3. If your problem is not resolved at point 2, either you or the member of staff will inform the management of your complaint and a member of the management team will agree to meet with you to discuss your complaint in detail.

  4. The management team will do everything they can to ensure every aspect of your complaint is heard and they will discuss in detail with you what can be done to remedy the situation.

  5. As stated in our terms & conditions, our course fees are non-refundable. If, as part of the complaints process, you would like a refund of your course fees, this will be at the discretion of the management.

  6. In order to deal with your complaint professionally, we ask that before and during your complaint you do not seek to publicise your complaint with other students or through any form of media or social media.
